Fair Work Australia has accepted a large number of submissions from employer representatives, unions and others in respect to the forthcoming decision in the Federal Minimum Wage case for 2011-2012.

Final submissions are due on 11 May 2012, just after the expected release of the Federal Budget on 8 May. Consultations will take place in Melbourne from 14 to 18 May and final consultations with the ACTU are due on 21 May 2012.

The decision is expected in the first week of June.
