The introduction of the Fair Work Act in July 2009 brought about significant changes to the circumstance where a transfer of business occurs.

This webinar will explore when a transfer of business occurs and the effect of the transfer on the terms and conditions of transferring and new employees. We will also explore the range of orders that Fair Work Australia can make regarding which transferable instrument is to apply.
